Bio
A graduate of the University of Michigan (A.B., summa cum laude) and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (Juris Doctor, 1990), Chris Skorina has successfully resolved matters for clients through trial, arbitration, and mediation throughout the United States. His practice is focused on serious personal injury, including wrongful death, and business, real estate, and construction litigation. In addition, Chris serves as General Counsel to start-up companies in southern California.
Mr. Skorina is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy's ("NITA") National Program, NITA's Advanced Advocates Program, and the Orange County Bar Association's College of Trial Advocacy.
His current and past professional memberships include the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice (formerly American Trial Lawyers Association), the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, the ABA Sections on Litigation and Tort & Insurance Practice, and the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. In addition, Mr. Skorina also served as judicial clerk to California trial courts and has lectured on various litigation subjects, including evidence and discovery issues.
