NEW “LADERA RANCHO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE” CREATED TO HELP LOCAL BUSINESSES AND THE
    COMMUNITY

LADERA RANCH, Calif. (May 19, 2009) – The Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce was created in direct response
to the needs of the local Ladera Ranch based businesses, at-home businesses as well as businesses that want to
have influence in the Ladera Ranch community.

As a chamber last year and a member of the South Orange County Regional Chambers of Commerce, Ladera Ranch
generated more than $30,000. However, the community and local businesses did not see enough of a contribution
coming back from the regional group due to various operational issues they are continuing to face. Additionally,
their effort is much broader and not focused on Ladera Ranch and our unique need.

In an effort to be more focused on Ladera Ranch, the Ladera Ranch Chamber of Commerce Board decided to move
away from the South Orange County Regional Chambers of Commerce earlier this year.

“The extra vowel at the end of Ladera Ranch is not by accident,” stated Peter Cross, President of the Ladera
Rancho Chamber of Commerce and Managing Member of ISU Insurance Services – Tasman LLC located in Banister
Street in Terramor, Ladera Ranch. “We realize as the community expands beyond Ladera Ranch over the next 20
years with more houses built along Antonio Parkway, we need to make sure we include the future community of
Rancho Mission Viejo and new local businesses. We are looking at current and future needs of the community”

The Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce is responsible for events such as Oktoberfest, an annual event taking
place in October and State of the Community scheduled for August this year, but normally will be held in June, as
well as numerous mixers and networking events. And our business members volunteer in numerous community
events and are support various charities.

“Our goal with this new chamber is to keep costs to the participating businesses low and the value from
membership very high. We’ll do this with great events and networking opportunities. And we also want to make
sure the funds raised go back into the community for local charities and community needs,” said Barbara Parker,
Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce Board Director and owner of Barbara Parkers, Inc. located in Corporate
    Terrace, Ladera Ranch.

Cost of membership starts at $125 annually and the organization is 100% volunteer with the entire fee going back
into the community and events and charities the Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce supports. We invite the
former Ladera Ranch Chamber of Commerce members to consider the new Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce
at renewal and in the meantime, the Board has extended full benefits until renewal for those members wishing to
be grandfathered into the new entity.

As of today, the Ladera Rancho Chamber of Commerce founding membership includes 100% of the former board
Barbara Parkers, Inc., Dick’s Sporting Goods, Front Street Realty, The Goddard School, Infusion Restaurant and
Bar, ISU Insurance Services – Tasman LLC, Newport Rib Company, Party Land, Steve Pattinson Century 21
    Superstars and Wachovia Bank.
